Ukrainians develop reconnaissance drone WarDog

Ukrainian engineers have launched a modern reconnaissance drone, WarDog, which can withstand enemy electronic warfare.

Here's What We Know

The WarDog was designed to overcome the interference caused by enemy electronic warfare. Therefore, the drone can conduct reconnaissance even in cases of GPS signal jamming. In addition, it is capable of operating in autonomous, semi-autonomous and manual modes, making it a versatile and reliable reconnaissance tool.

In terms of technical performance, the WarDog has a 60-minute autonomy, with a maximum flight range of 10 kilometres with communication and even 30 kilometres in autopilot mode. The drone's speed is 12-15 m/s.

The new development has already been successfully tested in the Zaporizhzhia and Kharkiv directions, as well as near Kramatorsk in Donetsk region. The military noted the stability of the drone's flight even without a GPS signal.

Despite its successful use, experts continue to work on improving the WarDog's functionality to ensure even greater efficiency and accuracy.
