Italian car manufacturer Alfa Romeo has held a presentation of its first electric car.

Here's What We Know

The novelty was named Milano (in honour of the city in which the company was founded). It is an electric crossover with a length of 4170 mm, width of 1780 mm and height of 1500 mm. The novelty received two transmission options, one of which develops 156 hp, and the other - 240 hp. The claimed range of the first version is up to 410 kilometres. A 54 kWh battery is responsible for the car's performance. It supports fast DC charging up to 100 kW (charging from 10 to 80 per cent takes 30 minutes). Charging from the AC mains is supported at a level of up to 11 kW.

The Alfa Romeo Milano is equipped with Full LED Matrix headlights, as well as a 400-litre boot. The cabin houses a cluster with a 10.25-inch TFT screen and a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system dashboard in the centre.

Sales of the Alfa Romeo Milano will start in October. The manufacturer promises a price for the novelty in Europe from 30,000 euros.
