Samsung will release a tablet-transformer on the Chrome OS with a good camera

In September, enthusiasts found in the code of the Chrome operating system references to a hybrid computer with the code name Nautilus. Later it turned out that this is a tablet with a plug-in keyboard, on which Samsung is working. And now there is information about the camera.

What kind of beast?

The Samsung Nautilus tablet (for the time being we will call it that) received the seventh-generation Intel Core processor and the main camera with the Sony IMX258 sensor. This is perhaps the most advanced module among the hard drives, although the result of the survey also depends on the optics and software. Let's explain on a simple example: exactly the same matrix is used in the smartphone Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 (international version) and the Korean flagship LG G6, but the difference in the quality of photos is simply huge.

As expected, the diagonal of the screen in the novelty will be no more than 12 inches. This is similar to the Samsung Galaxy Book upgrade (shown above), but if last year's model is running Windows 10, then the upcoming tablet will ship with Chrome OS on board.

When to expect?

Strongly expect to announce the tablet-transformer during the exhibition CES 2018 is not worth it, because the Nautilus project appeared relatively recently. The question of the geography of sales remains open - most of the devices of the computer division of Samsung are not officially supplied to the European market.
