Huawei released Android Oreo for Honor 8 Pro, Honor 8 Lite, Honor 9i and Honor 7X

Huawei has announced an update to the new operating system Android 8.0 Oreo based on EMUI 8.0. Update will receive just four smartphones: Honor 8 Pro, Honor 8 Lite, Honor 9i and Honor 7X.

New Features

The company decided to move from EMUI 5.1 to EMIU 8.0 to avoid confusion associated with the Android OS version. The update contains many new features and innovations built into the Android Oreo. Also there was a machine learning, which will analyze the actions, content and based on this select applications and in every way facilitate interaction with the smartphone. All these opportunities associated with AI are already present in Huawei Mate 10 / Mate 10 Pro.

Users will begin to receive this update in the near future.
