Renders of modular smartphones line Moto Z3

Apparently, Motorola this year decided to completely change the design of all smartphones, starting from Moto E, ending with a modular line Moto Z. In addition to leaks of other models, there was also a little information about the Moto Z3 and Moto Z3 Play.

Design and specifications

As Moto X5 and Moto G6, Moto Z3 and Moto Z3 Play will receive displays with minimal frames. According to the leaks from Droid Life , both smartphones will be with 6-inch displays, a resolution of 2160 × 1080p and a ratio of 18: 9. As you can see on the render, the Moto Z3 screen has rounded edges, like the latest Samsung Galaxy smartphones. Most likely, the top model Moto Z3, like most flagship smartphones this year, will receive the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor.

On all renderers, fingerprint scanners are not visible. Probably they will be built in the screen or they will be moved to the back side of the devices.

5G Moto Mod

Together with the new smartphones, presumably, will show the promised Moto Mod with the support of networks of the 5th generation. At least, it can be seen on the back of the Moto Z3.

When to wait for the announcement

The exact date of the announcement is not present, but it can be expected that Moto Z3 and Moto Z3 Play are announced in the summer, as it was with the previous smartphones of the modular line.
