Old Soviet classics

Among the many paintings of Sergei Eisenstein are the famous films "Battleship Potemkin" in 1925, "Alexander Nevsky" (1938) and the three-part saga "Ivan the Terrible" (1944-1946). For the last two works he was awarded the Stalin Prize.

Doodle Google drew the artist Pedro Vergani. When he created it, he was inspired by the picture below. On it Eisenstein mounted the film "Battleship Potemkin".
