The Google Play store has audiobooks

Rumors that Google is going to run a section with audiobooks went for a long time. But, finally, it happened and they appeared in the Google Play Books application.

Audiobooks are already available in 9 languages and can be listened to by users of 45 countries, including Russia (unfortunately, Ukraine is not on the list ). Unlike other similar services , Google Play Books will not have a subscription. Each book is sold separately and can be added to the family library. Also there is an opportunity to listen to a fragment of the book for free.

"Delivered" still support Google Assistant. While there are only a few commands, such as "Okay, Google, read my book", "who is the author" and "finish playback in 20 minutes." In the future, they promise to add more teams and support for Android Auto.
