Suddenly: the flagships Meizu 15, 15 Lite and 15 Plus lit up on the Android site
Google has added Meizu smartphones to the list of trusted Android devices. This is good for the image of the Chinese company, but the search giant hastened a bit and accidentally published information about the upcoming flagship family, which consists of the standard Meizu 15, the simplified model Meizu 15 Lite and the large Meizu 15 Plus. All new items will be released in a single design.
What is known?
On the official website of Android appeared images and some characteristics of models. Meizu 15 received a 5.5-inch display, but instead of the 18: 9 aspect ratio, the standard aspect ratio is 16: 9. The front camera is located in the center, and under the upper edge is a conversational speaker. In the "chin" under the screen there was a place for a hardware button with a fingerprint scanner. It seems that this smartphone and Meizu M6s were created by two different companies. Already very different approaches. Meizu 15 is equipped with 4 GB of RAM and 64/128 GB of built-in.
The 5.5-inch Meizu 15 Lite will be available in 4/32 and 4/64 gigabytes, and the 6-inch Meizu 15 Plus will receive a maximum of 6 GB of RAM and a 64/128 GB flash drive. There is no information about chipsets, but in older models either Snapdragon 835/845 or Exynos 9810/8895 is expected. The rear camera is likely to be dual.
The devices are running Android 7 Nougat with the Flyme shell. By the way, Meizu was certified by Google last autumn. But the NFC module is not there again - sorry, Google Pay .
When the announcement?
As already reported , the presentation of new products is expected in April. If you do not like the appearance of Meizu series 15, in the second half is expected two more Meizu models , and by the end of the year on its flagship Snapdragon 845 will roll out a division Blue Charm (mblu).
