ASUS ZenFone 5 Max with Snapdragon 660 chip appeared in Geekbench benchmark

In the database of benchmark Geekbench appeared unannounced smartphone ASUS_X00QD. It is believed that under this number is hidden model ZenFone 5 Max.

What was told

ASUS ZenFone 5 Max equipped with a Snapdragon 660 processor, 4 gigabytes of RAM and Android 8.0 Oreo. The future device scored 1518 points in a single-core test and 5386 points in a multi-core test. A similar result was shown by the new Vivo X20 Plus frameless, which is also equipped with a 660-m Snapdragon chip.

When to expect

Other characteristics of the novelty, including the price and release date, are still unknown. In March ASUS promised to start selling ZenFone 5 Lite , which was shown on MWC 2018 together with the MWC 2018: ASUS released ZenFone 5 and 5Z - its versions of the frameless iPhone X . Perhaps the announcement of ZenFone 5 Max will take place after this or next month.
