AnTuTu named the most powerful Android-smartphones in February

Developers AnTuTu updated the rating of performance of smartphones based on Android. The February top-10 can be considered a summing-up of the results of 2017, as in March Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 + open a new flagship season.

The first three places were occupied by smartphones Huawei on the proprietary processor Kirin 970 with artificial intelligence. Huawei Mate 10 showed the best result in 214750 "parrots", the older Mate 10 Pro lagged behind it literally by a hair, and Honor View 10 (also Honor V10) scored 213758 points. All the devices showed a noticeable increase, as AnTuTu changed the testing technique in the new version of the benchmark.

For the first three go smartphones OnePlus 5 and 5T with an average result above 211 thousand points. Next - another sweet couple Nubia Z17 and Z17S. One of the most affordable flagships on the market Xiaomi Mi 6 took the eighth line, typing 207,086 "parrots" in AnTuTu. A "frameless" Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 was able to get ahead of the current number ten in the face of Samsung Galaxy Note 8.

The creators of the benchmark added that Samsung Galaxy S8 +, Sony Xperia XZ Premium and Samsung Galaxy S8, respectively, ranked 11th to 13th.

What's next?

In our review Samsung Galaxy S9 + model with the processor Exynos 9810 scored almost 250,000 points. The results for the American version on the Snapdragon 845 chipset are similar - this is a new standard for Android flagships in 2018, and no surprises are to be expected before the next Huawei Mate series launch.
