The number of sold copies of Tekken 7 has exceeded 10 million

As we know from The Game Awards ceremony Tekken 8 fans can expect in the next 2023, but the previous part of the series has sold more than 10 million copies.

This was announced by game director Katsuhiro Harada. Thus, the total number of all sold copies of all games in the series is more than 54 million units. For comparison, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is the most popular fighting game of all time from Nintendo with 29.53 million copies sold.

Tekken 7 was released in July 2016 and received good reviews from critics and players: 82 points from the press and 6.4 out of 10 from ordinary users on Metacritic.
