Xiaomi to unveil low-cost smartphone Redmi Note 10 Lite
Xiaomi is preparing to release the Redmi Note 10 Lite smartphone. But before time do not rejoice, because this model you all have probably already seen.
What is known?
Xiaomi likes to confuse users with smartphone names. But this time it has decided to take it to the next level. The Redmi Note 10 Lite will be the Indian version of the global Redmi Note 9S, which was sold as the Redmi Note 9 Pro in India.
In simple terms, the last generation Pro version that came out in March 2020 will hit the market almost a year and a half later, but already as a next-generation Lite variant. The information was reported by insider Kacper Skrzypek on his Twitter page.
Thus, Redmi Note 10 Lite will get a Snapdragon 720G processor, IPS LCD screen and a 5020mAh battery. The main camera will have a resolution of 48MP + 8MP + 5MP + 2MP, while the front camera will have a resolution of 16MP. The model will come with Android 11 and MIUI 12.5, while the Redmi Note 9S came preloaded with MIUI 11 based on Android 10.
Price
The price of the upcoming new product is not yet specified. The 2020 model goes on sale in 4/64GB and 6/128GB variants at $175 and $215 respectively. It's logical to assume that the Redmi Note 10 Lite should be a bit cheaper with the same specs.
