Telegram got a new version: themes 2.0, the ability to log in to your account without a phone number and automatic deletion of chats

Telegram developers have announced an update to the branded app.

Here's What's New About It

So, the developers have added to the app the ability to log into your account without a SIM card. Instead of a phone number, you can use anonymous blockchain-based numbers. They are sold on the platform Fragment.

In addition, Telegram received a function of automatic deletion of chats. Users have access to a common timer that will automatically delete messages in all new chats. You can activate the function in the settings.

Another new feature is Themes 2.0. In groups with the themes added a vertical bar for easy switching to other chats, as well as a button to preview the last message.

The application also added an active anti-spam filter that will automatically delete messages from spammers in group chats with more than 200 members.

Also worth noting in the new version is the temporary QR code, search by emoji on iOS, as well as new sets of emoji.
