Amazon unveils new Fire TV Omni QLED models: smart TVs with 43-55in displays, Alexa support and prices from $449

Amazon has unexpectedly announced new Fire TV Omni QLED smart TV models.

Here's What We Know

Previously, Fire TV Omni QLED TVs were sold with 65" and 75" screens. Now the Fire TV Omni QLED series has received 43-inch, 50-inch and 55-inch versions.

All three models feature 4K UHD resolution and boast Dolby Vision IQ and HDR10+ Adaptive technology. The TVs come with Alexa voice assistant and the Fire OS operating system. Other interesting features include Ambient Experience. Thanks to built-in sensors, the TV is able to detect when there is a person in the room and show them useful information with the help of an assistant.

Price & When We Can Expect It

Sales of the new Fire TV Omni QLED models will start on Amazon on May 11. The TVs will be priced from $379.99 $449.99, -16%.
