Huawei has unveiled a new version of the MatePad 11.5 with a PaperMatte screen, Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chip and HarmonyOS 3.1

Huawei held a presentation in the global market on 14 September, where it showed a lot of interesting new products, including a new version of the MatePad 11.5 tablet.

Here's What We Know

The gadget received a special PaperMatte screen. It has a coating that provides a paper feel, reduces glare, reduces eye strain and allows you to write more naturally with the second-generation M-Pencil stylus.

As for other specs, they are the same as the regular version of the MatePad 11.5. That is, the gadget has an 11.5-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 2200×1440p resolution and a 3:2 aspect ratio. The tablet is powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chip. The device is equipped with a body with a thickness of 6.85 mm and two cameras. The novelty has a PC-mode and a pre-installed package of applications WPS Office. The MatePad 11.5 is powered by a 7,700 mAh battery. It supports 22.5W charging. Out of the box, the device runs HarmonyOS 3.1 operating system.

Price & When We Can Expect It

Huawei MatePad 11.5 PaperMatte Edition will start selling in Europe on 19 September. The novelty will cost €500/£400.
