Phil Spencer continues to compromise with global regulators and major competitor Sony.

Here's What We Know

Bloomberg reports that in order to approve the deal with Activision Blizzard, the U.S. corporation Microsoft has made another offer Sony: to place the new games of Call of Duty series in the subscription PlayStation Plus.

The Japanese, traditionally, are silent, but it is unlikely they will accept such an offer.
