"Wednesday" set a new Netflix record for viewing time among English-language series

"Wednesday" set a new Netflix streaming service record for total viewing hours among English-language series.

"Wednesday" is a horror comedy series that follows the adventures of Wednesday Addams of The Addams Family. It premiered on November 23 and starred actress Jenna Ortega.

Wednesday now holds the record for most hours viewed in a week for an English-language series on Netflix, with 341.2 MILLION HOURS!

341.2 million hours, the amount of time streaming service subscribers spent watching the novelty during its first week of release. Netflix also notes that "Wensday" was the service's most popular show in 83 countries and was in the top 10 in 93 countries.
