The press and players met Ghostwire: Tokyo ambiguous - the public liked the design of the world, but not everyone liked its content and gameplay. But not the warmest reception did not dampen the enthusiasm of its director - he would like to create a sequel to the DLC for Ghostwire.

The Japanese branch of IGN spoke with the leadership of Tokyo Kenji Kimura. During the conversation, he told to expand the franchise. :

"I think when everything settles down a bit and when I cool down a bit, I'll have ideas for DLC and sequels and I want to make them. Nothing is decided yet, so I can't say for sure."

Whether we will see GhostWire 2 or at least add to the existing gameplay is a big question. On the one hand, there is no reason to consider the game a hit - there was no news of high sales. On the other hand, Tango Gameworks is now part of Microsoft, which relies on the Xbox Game Pass service and supports projects with modest financial performance - a diverse library attracts new subscribers.

GhostWire: Tokyo is available on PC and PlayStation 5.
