Sony announced Android 13 update for Xperia 1 IV and Xperia 5 IV flagships

Sony has announced an update to Android 13 for the current flagship line of smartphones.

Here's What We Know

The system has already started rolling out in waves to the Xperia 1 IV and Xperia 5 IV worldwide. You can check the availability of OTA in the settings of the devices.

How much weight of the firmware and what changes were added to it is not known yet. We can only assume that the smartphones have received a Material You interface with adaptive design themes, new features, updated branded applications, as well as improved privacy and security.
