Sony has cancelled the remake of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic? The company removed the official trailer and all posts about the game on its social networks

In September 2021, a remake of the cult game Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic was announced at the PlayStation Showcase and since then there has been only disappointing information about the game from insiders who claimed that the developers are facing global problems and the project may be cancelled.

Today there is another reason to believe that Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic will not be released.

Here's What We Know

Network users noticed that Sony removed from its channels not only the official trailer of the KOTOR remake, but also all tweets related to it.

Now the game can only be seen in the record PlayStation Showcase 2021.

This news in itself is alarming, but it doesn't guarantee that the game has been cancelled. Previously, however, reputable journalists have long pointed out that the chances of seeing the release of an updated version of Star Wars KOTOR are close to zero.

Let's wait for official information from Sony.
