The company Acer introduced the world's first tablet on the operating system Chrome OS. They became model Acer Chromebook Tab 10.

What is inside

The new tablet received a 9.7-inch display with a resolution of 2048 by 1536 pixels, a 6-core processor Rockchip OP1 (RK3399), 4 gigabytes of RAM and 32 gigabytes of internal memory. The main camera is equipped with a 5 Mp sensor. Front 2 MP. There is a microSD card slot, stereo speakers, USB Type-C port, standard 3.5 mm input, Wi-Fi (802.11ac) and Bluetooth 4.1. According to the creators, Acer Chromebook Tab 10 will work on a single charge of 9 hours. There is support for handwriting and a stylus. Novelty works with Android-applications from Google Play.

Release date and price

The tablet Acer Chromebook Tab 10 will go on sale in May. The price tag for the United States is 329 US dollars. The version for Europe will cost 329 euros.

What to expect

We are waiting for a nice, average in capacity and adequate for the price of a tablet for study and school. It is not known how sales of the tablet with Chrome OS will go, but it is unlikely that students or other users will have problems with this.
