Google Chrome for Android will soon allow you to copy and save frames from videos
As you know, Google Chrome for desktop (Mac and Windows) allows you to copy a frame from a video to the clipboard and save it on your device. All you have to do is right-click on the video and select the "Copy Video Frame" or "Save Video Frame As" options. Now Google seems to be working on bringing the same functionality to Google Chrome for Android.
Here's What We Know
A new post by Twitter user @Leopeva64 reports that there is a mention on the Chromium developer site that Google is working on a new feature to allow Google Chrome for Android to copy or save frames from videos. If Google implements this feature, the Android version of Chrome will be able to display "Copy video frame" or "Save video frame as" options when you long-press on a video, allowing you to copy or save a frame from the video. So there's also a note there, in which Google says the feature should be marked as disabled until the company gives it a green flag.

Keeping this observation in mind, Google may introduce the feature in the beta version of the web browser in the coming time and make it available to users after thorough testing in a couple of months. Google Chrome for Android's ability to copy and save frames in videos could be very useful for many people, and it could quickly become one of the web browser's best features.
