The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine reported the destruction of an enemy speedboat by a Magura V5 marine drone in the Vuzka Bay on the western coast of Crimea, 180 km from Odesa. The attack was carried out by the Group 13 intelligence unit, known for using Magura V5 drones.

As a result of an operation by the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine's Group 13 unit, a Magura V5 maritime attack drone destroyed a speedboat of the Russian invaders.

MAGURA (Maritime Autonomous Guard Unmanned Robotic Apparatus) is a multi-purpose surface unmanned ship created by the Ukrainian company SpetsTechnoExport by order of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine and with the assistance of the United24 platform. MAGURA V5 is 5.5 metres long, 1.5 metres wide and can carry up to 320 kg of payload. The cruising speed of the maritime drone is almost 40 km/h, and the maximum speed is over 75 km/h. Its range exceeds 800 km. In addition to combat missions, it can patrol territories, be used in search and rescue operations, provide fleet protection, and perform reconnaissance and surveillance. MAGURA V5 was first presented in Turkey at the International Defence Industry Fair (IDEF 2023).
