DisplayMate: The iQOO 8 Pro has the best screen among smartphones on the market

Yesterday, August 17, Vivo announced in China the flagship smartphone iQOO 8 Pro and, as turned out, the novelty received the best display on the market according to experts from DisplayMate.

What's known

The lab gave the smartphone's panel the highest grade - A+. Experts noted that the device has set 14 records in their tests. Until then, the record holder was Xiaomi Mi 11 (13 records). The smartphone noted excellent color reproduction, accurate contrast, high peak brightness, as well as natural color gamut.

Recall, iQOO 8 Pro features 6.76-inch Samsung E5 LTPO OLED display with adaptive refresh rate up to 120 Hz, 3200×1440 pixel resolution, 8000000:1 contrast ratio and curved edges. The panel supports 10-bit colors, HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. By the way, the iQOO 8 Pro was the first Vivo smartphone to be sent to DisplayMate's lab for testing.
