Honor Play 8T: 6.8" LCD display, MediaTek Dimensity 6080 chip, 6000 mAh battery and 50 MP camera for $150

Honor, as promised, has announced a new budget smartphone Play 8T in China.

Here's What We Know

The manufacturer equipped the novelty with a 6.8-inch LCD screen. The panel has a resolution of FHD + and a brightness of 850 nits. The gadget runs a MediaTek Dimensity 6080 processor paired with 8/12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. The device is powered by a 6,000mAh battery with 35W charging.

As for the cameras, the novelty has three of them: a dual 50 MP + 2 MP main camera and a single 8 MP front-facing one. Honor Play 8T has stereo speakers and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The smartphone comes with Android 13 operating system and Magic OS 7.2 shell.

Price & When We Can Expect It

Honor Play 8T will start selling in China on 23 October. The novelty will be priced from $150.
