It's official: Lenovo Legion Y700 (2023) will be powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip

Lenovo has published a teaser of the new Legion Y700 (2023) tablet on Weibo.

Here's What We Know

According to the poster, the novelty will get an upgraded processor. We're talking about last year's flagship Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. For comparison, the current Legion Y700 features the Snapdragon 870 chip. Thanks to the new SoC, the Legion Y700 (2023) will see an increase in performance: in multi-core mode by 31% and in single-core mode by 23%.

It is also known that the Legion Y700 (2023) will be equipped with an 8.8-inch LCD display at 120 Hz. In addition, the novelty will get 256GB of memory, 12GB of RAM, a 6550mAh battery with 45W charging and two cameras: a 13MP main camera and an 8MP front-facing camera. The gadget will have a headphone jack and a microSD slot.

When We Can Expect It

The Lenovo Legion Y700 (2023) will be unveiled on July 22.
