WhatsApp is testing a Secret Code feature for chats in the Android app

Meta is set to add a new security feature to WhatsApp.

Here's What We Know

We are talking about an innovation called Secret Code. It is currently being tested in the beta version of the app 2.23.24.20 for Android.

The new feature will allow you to block any chat with a special security code. Such chats will not be displayed in the general list. To find them you will have to enter the correct code in the search. In case the user forgets the secret code, in the privacy settings of the application it will be possible to access the function and clear the list of blocked chats.
