Underground crypto-farm near Kiev illegally received electricity for cryptocurrency mining - damage exceeded UAH 1,000,000

In the Kiev region, employees of DTEK Kiev Regional Electric Grids discovered an illegal cryptocurrency mining farm.
What we know
The attacker installed mining equipment in a dugout. The farm was in the woods. The specialists were led to her by a cable, which they found in a security building located near a transformer substation.
As it turned out, the cryptocurrency farm was connected to the regional power grid and illegally received electricity. The amount of damage amounted to more than UAH 1,000,000. There is no information yet on whether the attacker has been found. The Criminal Code of Ukraine provides for up to three years in prison for the theft of electricity.
