Update 1.12 brings a training mode to Hunt: Showdown training mode, new weapons and more
The first-person shooter Hunt Showdown has received update 1.12, which added a new training mode, new weapons, and a new contract to the game.
Here's What We Know
The special contract "Night Time of Day" will be available through the partner search system. Players will be able to choose between a regular random contract and a new Wildcard contract. The validity of this new contract depends on player feedback.
The 1.12 update also includes improvements to the post-death screen. Players will receive more information about the damage that occurred during their last 90 seconds of play, instead of just showing the hits they took from other players. In addition, a tutorial mode has been added to help new players learn the basics of the game.
With the update, two new quest lines become available, which will be completed over the course of a month. For completing the quests, players will receive valuable rewards, including new weapon options and legendary equipment. Currently, only the first quest line, The Ward of the Reptilian, is available.
Update 1.12 and the new Questline, The Ward of the Reptilian, are coming tomorrow at 9:00 AM CEST for PC and 11:00 AM CEST for Console, with an estimated 3 hours of downtime! ⏰

In terms of weapons, Crytek has introduced two new variants for the Winfield M1876 Centennial, as well as two variants for the Springfield M1892. Each new variant comes with three types of ammunition. While the Basic and FMJ ammunition types will be available for all new weapons, Winfield M1876 Centennial variants will receive the Poison ammunition type, and Springfield M1892 variants will receive Incendiary.
