Apart from iOS 17.3 Beta 3, Apple has also started testing macOS Sonoma 14.3 Beta 3.

Here's What We Know

The new version of the software came out a week after the release of macOS Sonoma 14.3 Beta 2. The system can already be installed by users with an Apple Developer account. The firmware is available for download through the macOS Sonoma Developer Beta section in your Mac's settings.

As for the list of changes, it is not yet available. Therefore, we can only assume that the software contains a number of fixes and optimisations.
