Another OPPO Smartphone Receives Android 12-Based ColorOS 12 Stable Outside of China

OPPO continues to update its smartphones to relevant versions of Android 12 OS in the global market. This time the system received an inexpensive model OPPO A74 5G.

What's new

A new proprietary ColorOS 12 shell with a large list of changes has been added to the firmware. For example, a new user interface, an updated set of application shortcuts, an improved two-window mode, Quantum Animation Engine 3.0, which is responsible for the smoothness of animation, and AI Self-Smooth Engine 2.0 technology, have been installed on the smartphone. It reduces power consumption and uses memory more economically. In addition, the system contains many other small but useful innovations. 

When to expect

The update was released with build number C.29 and has so far begun to be distributed to smartphones in India. In other regions, the firmware will be released a little later.
