Apple fixes vulnerability in iOS 15 that allowed access to Apple ID data
Apple announced the elimination of a vulnerability in the iOS 15 operating system, which was discovered by developer Steve Troughton Smith (Steven Troughton-Smith). This is stated in the updated list of security fixes dated January 19, 2022.

So, the vulnerability allowed malicious applications to access Apple ID data, find out personal information about the iPhone owner and copy search queries from other applications, as well as override user privacy settings.
