Snapdragon 8 Gen1, 200W charging and 48MP under-screen camera – Xiaomi MIX 5 Pro specifications and images published

In the foreseeable future, Xiaomi may announce a new MIX series smartphone. And we are not talking about a new generation folding model MIX FOLD, but about Xiaomi MIX 5 Pro.

What is known

The characteristics and renderings of the smartphone have been published on the World Wide Web. It will be built on the basis of the top Snapdragon 8 Gen1 mobile processor and will receive a 5000 mAh battery. Power fast charging wired will be 200 watts, and wirelessly - 50 watts.

Xiaomi MIX 5 will have the same camera as Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra – 50 MP + 48 MP + 48 MP. The periscope telephoto lens provides 5x optical zoom without loss of quality. One of the chips of the flagship will be a 48-megapixel sub-screen camera.

The display itself in Xiaomi MIX 5 Pro will be the same as in Xiaomi 12 Pro. The diagonal will be 6.73”, the image refresh rate is 120 Hz, and the resolution is 1440 x 3200 pixels. The smartphone will appear on the market with MIUI 13 firmware based on the Android 12 operating system.
