Exynos 2200 outperforms Apple A15 Bionic in Geekbench 5
After recent test Exynos 2200 as part of the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra in Geekbench 5, the new 4nm processor once again tested its strength in the benchmark. And again, not very well.
What is known
Exynos 2200 performed at the level of last year's flagship Snapdragon 888 and was slightly inferior to Snapdragon 8 Gen1. The result in the test of one core will be 1109 points, and in the test of all cores - 3534 points.
The Dimensity 9000, which has not yet been used in any smartphone, scored 1278 points in the Single-Core mode and 4410 points in the Multi-Core mode, beating the Exynos 2200 by about 15% and 25%, respectively.
But the Apple A15 Bionic chipset, which is used in all smartphones of the iPhone 13 family, left no chance for the Samsung single-chip system at all. In Single-Core the difference was almost 60%, and in Multi-Core it was about 40%. All this is shown in more detail in the diagram above.
