Insider: Apple plans to introduce a new Mac mini with M1 Pro and M1 Max chips in the spring
An informant under the nickname @dylandkt continues to share details about new products that are worth waiting for at Apple's spring presentation.
What is known
So, apart from iPhone SE+ with 5G support, updated iPad Air and iMac Pro, the event is still worth waiting for the release of the new Mac mini. The main innovation of the device will be the filling. The computer must be running proprietary M1 Pro and M1 Max processors. Exactly the same chips are installed in the 14 and 16-inch MacBook Pro.
Also, the novelty is credited with up to 64 GB of RAM and an increased number of ports: four USB-C, two USB-A, one Ethernet and one HDMI. In addition, Mac mini will boast magnetic charging, like the iMac on the M1. How much such a computer will cost is still unknown.
