We have already written more than once that Xiaomi is going to introduce a line of Redmi K50 smartphones, which will include at least five models. Now it became known which one will enter the market first.

Which smartphone to expect first

According to Redmi brand CEO Liu Weibing (Lu Weibing), the first smartphone of the series will be a flagship device, but not with a MediaTek chip Dimensity 9000, but with a more powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. Weibing did not say which model it is, but we can assume that it will be Redmi K50 Pro.

Recall, in addition to the top-end chip, the novelty is also credited with a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel with an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, a 4700 mAh battery with support for fast 120-watt charging, a proprietary Surge P1 image processing SoC, a side fingerprint scanner and a camera with sensors at 64 MP + 13 MP + 8 MP. By the way, the main sensor should receive the Sony IMX766 module. Exactly the same is in Xiaomi 12, Realme GT2 Pro and OPPO Find X3 Pro.
