The new iPhone SE showed on renderings: the cheapest Apple smartphone with 5G support
The release of the flagship iPhone 14 family is still a long way off, but Apple’s other novelty awaits us much earlier - the more affordable iPhone SE 3, also called iPhone SE +. Based on all currently known information, Dutch graphic designer Jermaine Smit, aka Concept Creator, made a series of product images for LetsGoDigital.
What have they shown?
There is nothing surprising in the fact that outwardly the new iPhone SE is practically no different from the old ones. They all copy the design of the good old iPhones with thick bezels and a Home button with Touch ID. And the 2022 model will be no exception.
In addition, a single camera with a flash can be seen in the renders - according to rumors, this will be a camera with a 12 MP sensor.
Recall that the smartphone is also credited with 4.7 inch LCD screen, like the iPhone 8. The novelty will differ only in the A15 Bionic processor and support for the fifth generation network (5G). It will be the cheapest 5G smartphone Apple - it is expected to cost around $300. For comparison, the current iPhone SE model cost $400 at the start of sales.
The iPhone SE 3 should be presented in April or May.
