Google Releases Android 12L Beta 3, Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro Get Firmware
Google continues testing Android 12L by releasing the third beta version of the operating system.
What's new
The new firmware version received many fixes. For example, the developers fixed an issue that prevented weather information from being displayed in the Top of the Line system widget. Also, the launcher crash was fixed in the software when trying to enter the split screen mode using the Pin to Top function.
As for innovations, Android 12L Beta 3 increased up to 3 quick settings columns on devices with large screens. Also, the system has a new grid size 6×5 in Wallpaper & Style app.
When to expect
The new system build is already available for Pixel 3a owners, Pixel 4, Pixel 4a, Pixel 5 and Pixel 5a. In addition, the firmware was also released for Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 pro. This is the first test version of the software for the current Google flagships.
