Following OnePlus: OPPO has announced a collaboration with Hasselblad
Last year, OnePlus partnered with camera maker Hasselblad. Now OPPO has announced a similar partnership.

The producers signed a contract for three years. According to the official press release, the companies will now work together to improve mobile photography in flagship smartphones. OPPO will be responsible for the hardware, and specialists Hasselblad - for the software.
“Following the successful partnership between OnePlus and Hasselblad last year, we are thrilled to see the partnership enter a new phase of development, bringing more users around the world to enjoy the legendary Hasselblad mobile imaging experience,” said Pete Lau, Chief Product Officer of the company.
The first devices with Hasselblad cameras will be flagships OPPO Find X5 and OPPO Find X5 Pro. New items should be announced at the end of this or early next month. Recall that smartphones will receive Snapdragon 888 / Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chips, AMOLED LTPO 2.0 displays with an increased refresh rate, fast charging, three-sensor cameras and a proprietary MariSilicon image processor.
