The developer of CrossfireX apologizes for the poor launch of the game and promised to fix everything
The executive producer of CrossfireX apologized for the state of the game on release, which included several issues including poor connection to matches and fluctuating controller sensitivity.
CrossfireX Executive Producer Sooro Bu acknowledged that the studio had disappointed many of its fans by releasing the game with issues, stating, "It's understandable that we have unintentionally disappointed many of our players and fans who have stayed with us for a long time.".
Players experience random deadzone fluctuations, input lag, Boogieman killstreak balance issues; and issues with the CAR-4 ADS pistol preventing the player from aiming while firing, long queue times, issues launching the Xbox Game Pass campaign, and more.
All of this will be fixed in patches coming soon, according to Bu, but there's no word yet on exactly when that will happen.
CrossfireX was released on February 10 for the Xbox Series and Xbox One.
