Metro Exodus has sold over 6 million copies after 3 years

Thanks to the financial report of the Embracer Group, it became known that sales of the post-apocalyptic shooter Metro Exodus have overcome the mark of 6 million copies. It is noteworthy that most of the sales came from the console versions of the game.

It took the game 3 years to achieve this achievement. Journey on Aurora by 4A Games saw the light of day on February 15, 2019. During this time, the game received two major additions: The Two Colonels and Sam's Story. And in the spring of 2021, Metro Exodus received a free enhanced version for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
