Cyberpunk 1.5 update includes the germ of the transmogrification system

Update 1.5 for Cyberpunk 2077 brought into play  many changes, including the structure to change your character's clothes without changing his statistics. This feature is currently disabled in the game, but can be accessed through the console.

Gamer DJ_Kovrik on the forum Reddit, the ability to hide equipment in face / head inventory slots can be enabled via the console command «Game.EnableTransmog ()». DJ_Kovrik also extended this utility to other inventory slots with its own fashion Hide Your Gear.

It's nice to hide equipped items, but the name of the system in the "transmog" console means that in the future there may be a more complete mechanics of changing the appearance. Cyberpunk could definitely use this: the game supports a steady stream of gray, blue, green and purple rarities that appear in your path with increasing stats, and any cool cyberpunk quickly becomes obsolete from the next accidental fall.
