64 MP camera, Snapdragon 870 and 1024 GB of memory - ZTE Axon 40 specifications are known

The ZTE Axon 40 smartphone has appeared in the database of the Chinese regulatory authority TENAA with a list of main characteristics and official images.

What is known

The smartphone will be equipped with a 7nm Snapdragon 870 chipset with a peak clock speed of 3.2 GHz and an Adreno 650 graphics core. The regulator’s website indicates that in the top memory modification, the model will offer users 1 TB of internal memory, which is still a record, paired with 16 GB of RAM.

ZTE Axon 40 screen parameters are not specified. Judging by the fact that there is no fingerprint scanner either on the back or on the side, it is located under the display, i.e. the smartphone will be equipped with an OLED panel. The resolution of the main camera will be 64 MP + 8 MP + 5 MP, and the front - 44 MP.

The upcoming novelty will receive a 5000 mAh battery and will run the Android 12 operating system right out of the box. More information about the ZTE Axon 40 is not yet available. Prices and terms of the announcement are not specified.
