"Nova Poshta" launched the delivery of personal belongings to 24 European countries - with a discount of up to 80%

"Nova Poshta" announced the launch of a new useful service - "Speech from Home Over the Cordon", in which Ukrainians can send their belongings to one of 24 European countries, also at a discount.

How to do it

The parcel can be sent to Poland, France, Germany, Italy, Bulgaria, Hungary, Lithuania, Estonia, Croatia, etc. - there is a complete list of countries on the official site. Nova Poshta will only accept used items without labels and factory packaging (clothes, shoes, cosmetics, toys, etc.), but not documents, food, medicines, alcohol, electronics, money, personalized bank cards and combustible materials.

Shipping discount ranges from 50% to 80%. The size of the discount when sending parcels up to 30 kg depends on the weight of the parcel. When sending items weighing from 30 to 70 kg, the price depends on the delivery zone, which includes the country - the first or second. For example, from now on, the cost of a parcel with personal belongings from Ukraine to Poland weighing up to 2 kg is 800 hryvnia, up to 10 kg - 1,200 hryvnia, and if you send 30 kg - 2,000 hryvnia. The tariff does not include possible duties and taxes that may be charged in the country of receipt.

You can use the service in any working branch or arrange it yourself through your personal account on the website. Delivery abroad is carried out only to the address of the recipient. The maximum weight of the shipment is 70 kg, the dimensions should not exceed 120 × 80 × 69 cm. The delivery time is approximately 6 days.

In this case, it is necessary:

  • bring the parcel in expanded form in order to make a general description in accordance with customs legislation and establish the declared value;
  • name the country, city, postcode and exact address where you want to deliver the package. In addition, indicate the full name, contact phone number and email address of the recipient;
  • when sending more than one item, the client will be contacted by phone by an employee of Nova Poshta Global to fill out an invoice for customs.
