Crypto exchange Binance introduced restrictions for users from Russia

According to the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov, the Binance crypto exchange has introduced restrictions for Russian users.
What is known
Account holders in Russia began to receive a corresponding message from the company. Now users with crypto assets over 10,000 euros will no longer be able to make transactions, with the exception of withdrawals.
As for the Russians who live outside of Russia and the accounts of Russian citizens who live in Russia, whose total value of crypto assets does not exceed 10,000 euros, they will not have any restrictions for now.
