This is according to Steam Charts. Judging by the Steam DB chart, Babylon's Fall did not fall to the bottom, but the difference between the indicators is not large. Let's go back to Steam Charts: at the time of writing, there are eight users in the game, and the peak online for the last 24 goals - 46 players. 

The peak online game of all time was recorded on the second day after the release, which took place on March 3. At that time, 1,166 users were present in the game at the same time. 

It should be noted that Babylon's Fall is available on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, but there is no information about it online. 

Probably zero online is related to scheduled server maintenance. But last week he went down to one person, although then the service was not carried out. And the average number of players lately has not exceeded the mark of 100 players, and Babylon's Fall is designed for multiplayer!

However, support for the game is not going to throw - at least that's what the developers said in March. During the whole time Babylon's Fall received several updates, one of which added a portion of new content, plus a recent crossover with NieR: Automata.
