Anker Soundcore Motion Boom Plus: 80-watt speaker with IP67 protection and autonomy up to 20 hours for $179

Anker has introduced a new wireless speaker Motion Boom Plus under the Soundcore brand.

What is known

As the name suggests, the new product is an improved version of the regular motion boom. The device received two 30W woofers and two 10W tweeters. That is, the total output power of the column is 80 watts. The column was also equipped with titanium drivers, the PartyCast 2.0 function and a battery increased to 13,400 mAh. Despite this, the novelty lives 4 hours less than the previous model (about 20 hours). By the way, the column can work as a power bank. The device connects to the smartphone via Bluetooth 5.3. The gadget has protection against water and dust IP67 and weighs 2.4 kg.

Price and when to expect

Anker will start selling the Soundcore Motion Boom Plus on May 30th. The column will cost $179, but early buyers will be able to purchase it for $142.
