Nearly 8 million subscribers joined Diseny + last quarter, bringing the total number of online cinema users closer to 140 million

Over the last quarter, Disney + increased subscribers by 7.9 million, bringing the total to 137.7 million from 129.8 million in February.

This number includes Disney + subscribers in all markets, as well as Hotstar, the Disney + division for India. Disney + has 87.6 million users and Hotstar has 50.1 million. Hotstar is the fastest growing segment of Disney +.

Disney also owns ESPN + and Hulu, which have 22.3 million and 45.6 million subscribers, respectively. In total, this is 205.6 million users compared to 196.4 million in February.

Disney + is ready to continue to gain momentum. The premiere of the long-awaited series Obi-Wan Kenobi, will take place on May 27. Season 3 of Mandalorets is also expected this year, although the release date is still unknown.
