More than $25,000,000: this amount was donated to Ukraine in the first week of the UNITED24 charity platform

Last week President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced the international initiative United24  to raise funds to help Ukraine. And now the Ministry of Digital Development has shared its first successes.

What is known

During the seven days of the platform's operation, Ukraine was supported by people from 72 countries of the world. They transferred $25,804,580 to the accounts of the National Bank of Ukraine. Of these, $25,762,896 went to check Ministry of Defense, $25,191 to the account of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and $16,491 to the account of the Ministry of Infrastructure.

Another $735,673 was raised through the partner fund Ukraine House DC Foundation and $362,379 in cryptocurrency through the payment company Whitepay. This money will go to the NBU accounts in the near future.
