The Valiant is a tactical RTS about knights from THQ Nordic

THQ Nordic's new project is the medieval The Valiant, a real-time strategy with a focus on tactics. It is to pass throughout Europe and the Middle East of the XIII century, to prevent the enemy from taking possession of all parts of the powerful artifact. 

In the past, Theodoric of Ackenburg and his comrade-in-arms Ulrich Grevelsky accidentally discovered a piece of an ancient artifact known as Aaron's scepter. Theodoric had long ago hung his sword on a nail, tired of the horrors of war. However, he will have to take up arms again - former comrade Ulrich nightmares Europe and the Middle East in search of other fragments of the scepter. If the collected artifact is in someone's hands, the world will inevitably grieve. Therefore, Theodoric intends to get ahead of Ulrich, to prevent him from collecting all the fragments of the wand he did not get. 

Several protagonists will join in the protagonist's campaign, including Teutonic Order member Reinhard Kemptensky, archer Conrad and Grimhild Eidottir and his mercenary detachment. 

The Valliant will offer a single-player story campaign for 15 missions. Video inserts, diaries and difficulty levels are promised for each of them. Before starting the task you need to choose the teams that are suitable for the performance, as well as distribute skill points and pick up the equipment of the heroes. 

In addition, there is multiplayer: 

• Cooperative mode "Until the last fighter", designed for three players 
• Face-to-face or two-on-two fights 

The Valiant will be released on PC, PlayStation and Xbox. There is no release date yet.
